What is Solar PV?
Solar photovoltaic (solar PV) is the term used to describe the conversion of daylight into electrical power. Cells store and convert solar light energy into electricity. This conversion even happens when direct sunlight is not available. The cells continually convert the light into electricity on cloudy days. All of our solar PV panels are installed by our Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford fitters who are part of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme .
Comprehensive Solar Studies
Mont Blanc Solar will carry out comprehensive multi-point feasibility studies on all potential installations and write full reports on every property we are asked to survey.
This approach means you can have complete confidence that every aspect of your homes improvement along with its energy potential has been assessed and that you all have the information you need to make your decision.
When it comes to solar, the income from the Feed in Tariff provides an excellent return on investment – for most systems this can be around 10% pa which represents a much better return than most investments and helps guard against future energy price rises.
